One of the many reasons I love being in leadership is the opportunity to work with people like Jessica Box. Jessica transitioned to a learning and development role after working 10+ years in a manufacturing environment and seeing her confidence blossom in her training delivery is something that will likely go in my retirement speech one day. She pours her heart into her work and isn’t afraid to try new things to create a learning experience that will meet the needs of the organization. She leveraged her creativity and relational equity in the organization to co-create a first-of-its-kind work readiness program. Jessica has a bright future in learning and development if she wants to stay in the industry and I’m fortunate we were able to work together.
