As Technical Manager, Jessica has overall responsibility for MSA/CMS compliance, MSA cost containment, oversight for conditional liens, new hire training, manage and ensure 100% compliance to AB 1262, communications and compliance for PAR/DWC audit unit, and lead auditor under Keenan’s internal audit program for Operational compliance. Additional responsibilities include oversight of the SEWUP Workers’ compensation claims handled outside of Keenan to include claim reviews with the various carriers and status updates to the board members. Jessica has experience working for self-insured, and insured employers in California. Jessica holds her IEA certificate in California Workers’ Compensation Administration and Self Insurance certification by the Department of Self Insurance Plans for Administration of self-insured claims.
