Analyzing quotes that come in from different suppliers and challenging them to get the best cost regionally and globally. My goals are to continue working with others and helping the entire team learn better ways and grow. To help engage all team members in decisions that can help make the day run smoother. Supporting the team and helping where needed is my main goal as a Supervisor. I will be making sure we meet deadlines and help support when needed to meet all targets. Having amicable cross functional relations with our teams that are 30 minutes away and with teams that are over seas is imperative for a Global company and our personal success.
