SAGA Alaska (AmeriCorps) Southeast Alaska Guidance Association (SAGA) was established in 1986 and has served Alaska for 26+ years. As an AmeriCorps member I worked in a team environment, performing numerous service projects for land-agency sponsors. Projects included but not limited to; trail work, recreation site repair, fish and wildlife habitat restoration, public safety enhancements along Alaskan highways, invasive plant species control and more.
