Bio
Cheryl Hughes, MBA
I had the honor of managing and working with Jessica Krug during her junior and senior years with the O'Neill - SPEA. Jessica was a stand out in the classroom and as a undergraduate teaching assistant. Jessica earned the respect of her peers and faculty through her leadership and communication skills. Her critical thinking skills enables her to quickly adapt to any situation or challenge and successfully complete any task. Whether she is interacting with her peers, faculty or working on a client project such as with Best Beers, Inc., she excels. I look forward to watching her career grow, I am blessed to have the opportunity to work with her and now call her my colleague.
Brett Reardon
I served as Jessica’s Academic Advisor throughout her collegiate experience within the Paul H. O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Throughout Jessica’s four years, she consistently demonstrated her passion for learning through her rigorous coursework, professional trainings, and internships. Academically, Jessica challenged herself through her course selections within her Management major and minors in both Human Resource Management and Public Financial Management. Additionally, as a senior, Jessica conducted research to determine whether academia effectively prepares students for the workforce upon graduation. Jessica not only emphasized her academics, but also sought out experiences to advance her cultural competency and global awareness. This desire for growth led Jessica to study in Denmark, where she earned a certificate in Applied Intercultural Understanding from the Copenhagen Business Academy. Experientially, Jessica has advanced her skills and professionalism through interning with notable companies such as Hollister Incorporated and Best Beers, in addition to her selection as a college ambassador with Anheuser-Busch. These experiences have prepared Jessica to be an effective leader within any business setting. Moreover, Jessica is professional, respectful, meticulous to detail, and most importantly prepared for a career in business and human resource management. I highly recommend Jessica to any company looking to advance their institution, as she will be a transcendent representative for her future employer.
