Ask anyone who has had the pleasure of working with Jess, and they’ll say,

Gonzalo Díaz

Jessica competently administered our facilities in the challenging environment of a downtown San Francisco startup. As the visible face of the company, she broadcasted positive attitude from the moment you crossed the door. She basically kept the place running, wearing as many hats as necessary: customer relations, event organizer, training/onboarding, mailing department, HOA relations, facilities administration, receptionist, lost and found, she even stepped in as technical support sometimes (and we programmers are a difficult bunch)! I haven't seen her falter or give nothing but 100% in the time during the full length of her employment. She is also very agreeable and people-oriented, without this detracting from her efficiency. I you have a facility with people inside, and you want it to run smoothly, Jessica is your person. Period. Manage the day-to day facilities, vendors, and security operations for a site with over 200 employees and 30,000sf of space. Global program development, implementation and management. Supervise/oversee assigned facility staff, assist in training and coverage, encourage and build positive relationships with co-workers and outside vendors. Main point of contact between property managers and site. Facilitate quality outputs on operational deliverables, quarterly goals, and departmental objectives. Manage the full life cycle for external and internal events from requests to debriefings. - Nominated as Mozilla's "Friend of the Tree" within first 2 months at new site. This nomination comes from someone in Mozilla and recognizes those folks who go the extra mile to support Mozilla's goals and initiatives.
