Bio
Kimberly Reynolds Tew, Ed.D.
Jessica worked for my school district for several years and was a natural instructional leader. She innovated her grade level curriculum and was our K-5 Science Instructional Coach. In this role, she led our NGSS implementation and helped teachers implement the new standards and student-centered instruction. She designed and facilitated professional developed and wrote a K-5 NGSS continuum. In addition, she led her colleagues in developing a authentic project-based learning experience to culminate the end of our students' elementary experience. This process was quite an undertaking and had students use communication, collaboration, self-direction, and various scientific and engineering skills to solve real-world problems. They then had to present their solutions to an authentic audience. This experience was applauded by students and families and was a great success. I highly recommend Jessica for any instructional design position.
