    • Licensed Operations Manager of The Art Fonseca Team at Realty Austin
      • Jan 2019 - Oct 2020

Upon joining The Art Fonseca Team, my performance ignited a domino effect of hitting milestone after milestone quickly driving us to the top of production leader boards within the company. With just 8 months of contribution, I played a key role in converting and closing 45 transactions for a total production of just under $14 million in 2018. Earning the team a Rising Star award, my devotion to workflow strategies, system creation and implementation, client experience, and overall facilitation of day-to-day business operations aided in increasing sales production 420% from 2017. All in all, the foundation I helped build and maintain for the team continued to drive our momentum through 2019 with 51 transactions and a 22% production increase to $17 million and a projection of 75 transactions at a 60% increase for a grand total of around $25 million in 2020. By undertaking the creation of action plans and putting systems into place, Art was empowered with the ability to focus 100% of his energy on selling. Through dramatically raising the bar for what it means to be an assistant, I was promoted to the team's operations manager at the beginning of 2019. By being given the opportunity to to do what I do best, I was able to dive deeper into Salesforce and company systems, discovering unturned rocks, and opening new doors which allowed me to create even more complex, efficient, streamlined, and sustainable processes. In consistently troubleshooting system issues, providing our tech team insight into an agent-eyed view of platform deficiencies, and creating my own solutions, I was able to customize the CRM to fit our team’s exact needs. With continued growth maxing out our capacities, we expanded into a team of five that I was tasked with managing, supporting, providing tools and training for, and overall guiding their success. With the new dynamics, I continued to tweak and create new processes relevant to each team member's personalities and workflow. Show less

    • Licensed Executive Assistant at The Art Fonseca Team at Realty Austin
      • Apr 2018 - Jan 2019

With a year of experience under my belt as an independent agent, I transitioned to working as an executive assistant for a reputable agent at Realty Austin. Utilizing my self-taught operational skills and my persistent, systematic, and “humanized” approach to converting leads, I quickly became a key player in the success of the business. While converting leads at a consistent rate of 5-6%, I was simultaneously revolutionizing the team's database. I dedicated myself to organizing clients, prospects, transactions, and business activities within Salesforce and subsequently to creating and implementing processes across all levels of the team's business. While I worked on the business from the background - driving growth through action plans targeting past, current, and future clients - Art was freed up to work in the business out in the field, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, nurturing relationships with his SOI, and serving our clients in an above-and-beyond fashion. In addition to running, implementing, and igniting Salesforce, REW, Asana, ZipForms, DocuSign, Matrix, Realist, RPR, Canva, Moxi, and the other tools provided to us by Realty Austin within the business, I was also Art’s right-hand woman. I devoted myself to supporting Art in all of his activities with an upstream problem-solving mindset. With an in-depth involvement in his business and day-to-day activities, I foresaw problems and needs before they arose, filled in gaps before anyone knew they existed, secured balls so they would never have the opportunity to be dropped, and was an overall Johnny-on-the-spot and jack-of-all-trades for the needs of Art and his clients. • Apr 2017 - Apr 2018

After transitioning into full-time sales, I tenaciously dedicated myself to building a pipeline from scratch. With a small sphere of influence and an unrelenting determination to build a flourishing business, I devoted myself to prospecting online leads. Self-taught through trial and error, repetition, and practice and with a natural ability to connect with people and steer a conversation, I closed 8 online leads in my first 12 months. This contributed to my 10 closed transactions and $2.6 million in total production during my first year in the business. While hustling the phones, I monitored leads’ online activity and tracked and graphed my activities by the hour in order to continually improve my call to answer ratios and adapt my prospecting activities accordingly. When I didn’t have my head buried in Commissions Inc. or my ear glued to the phone, I filled my time driving referrals through vendor relationships, increasing my online presence, educating myself, and strategizing new ways to drive business. As I began converting and putting clients under contract, I added a tier to my “success strategy” which included experimenting with practical approaches to increasing efficiency and capitalizing on productivity. This also consisted of developing and fine-tuning systematic processes for both prospecting and contract-to-close. These activities opened the door for me to work closely with my team’s sales manager to create structure and standards of operations for our 7-agent team. I further helped facilitate meetings, trained agents on systems, lead conversion, and emotional intelligence as it pertains to connecting with and serving the needs of clients. Alongside these duties, I provided one-on-one support and helped agents discover and implement their strengths. Show less

    • Licensed Real Estate Agent
      • Jul 2015 - Apr 2017

As a licensed real estate agent, I specialized in identifying client needs through one-on-one consultations and guiding renters through the process of locating and securing rental properties. By focusing on building relationships with local property management companies, brokerages, and apartment complexes, I was able to increase my knowledge and expertise of the market and build rapport with key decision-makers in the application approval process and thereby grant my clients a step up above the competition. An expert in client relations, I was an advocate, counselor, educator, and trusted advisor to a clientele who was generally unfamiliar with the rental process. Naturally falling into a leadership role in the office, I also helped facilitate a collaborative and accountability-driven environment and challenged the status quo of work ethic and customer service amongst professionals in the local market. As a manager with Seeking Sitters, I took pride in ensuring that our members had the most reliable and professional babysitter in all of Austin. I practiced a three-step hiring process that examined skill, experience, and personability so that families could be confident that their children were being cared for on practical and relational levels. In addition to hiring, I guided sitters through introductory training, managed schedules, and oversaw babysitter placements. With customer service being such a high priority, I sought out member feedback and created solutions accordingly in order to retain and attract members. Show less
