Jesse was my manager for 6 months at PlayWorks & ParkWorks. During my short time working with Jesse there were a number of his qualities that I was impressed with but none more so than his critical thinking skills, decisiveness, and big picture thinking. His ability to weigh options and choose the best course of action in a timely fashion translates to driving a business forward towards a path of greater success. With his guidance, I was able to accomplish a number of projects in a shorter time than I ever thought possible. Jesse's ability to adapt and think quickly was proven time and again. As a Manager, he was supportive and gave clear directions. His feedback was always constructive and ongoing. Jesse is a tremendous asset!
