The training program is focused on giving our new hires the knowledge and expertise to make a significant impact on how our customers succeed in their market places. The Centric University training program establishes our Account Representatives as the premier business technology consultants in the industry. It provides our teams with innovative insights on how to implement anything from Document Management, Workflow Process Improvement, Business Process Automation, Cost Accounting, Change Management, Display Technology, Business Software and Hardware. Ultimately, this program was designed with Centric's CustomerFirst program at it's core, meaning our Account Representatives go out into the field with the focus of making a positive impact in every customer interaction and with the goal of improving the way our customers do business.
