I had the great pleasure of working on many projects with Jesse during the course of our MBA, including our final capstone project, a 4-month research project for Prosper Portland that culminated in three deliverables (two written and a financial model). Jesse is the superlative of everything: friendly, authentic, caring, inclusive, smart, and hardworking. He is very unusual in that he is both a great talker and a wonderful listener. Using a combination of hard work, insight, and boundless energy (even while being a great father to his son and baby twin daughters!), he continued to infuse more and more big-picture context and connection in our project. As a result of his relentless work on our project, Jesse brought untold depth to the final deliverables. Jesse is a rare find: both highly process-oriented and highly achievement-oriented.
