  • Hired as a strategic leader to develop (from the ground up) a comprehensive and dynamic young adults program to reach a demographic of our church that was ultimately disconnected. • Lead, developed and structured small group lesson plans for spiritual formation, coordinated various mission efforts locally for service projects, and developed a large group worship gathering that grew to over 30 college aged/young professionals attending weekly. • Served on the Frisco Homeless Coalition team as a liaison for our church to help assist in gaining federal funding to provide necessary resources for the over 300+ homeless individuals in our city alone. • Developed and organized a multi-generational worship, prayer and discipleship gathering for the ladies in our church family (The IF:Gathering) which saw over 40 women, ages 17-77 in attendance.
