  As the EH&S coordinator for VPG/TDI I ensure that both our Plant and Field Decommissioning projects operate at a level that exceeds the industry standards of compliance in all areas related to safety and the environment. I perform daily, monthly, and quarterly inspections of all areas of our facility and equipment. I stay up to date on all compliance issues and amend our policies to reflect changes in such. I perform various sampling and testing procedures to ensure that our facility minimizes it's environmental impact. I create a detailed safety and environmental plan specific to each Field Decommissioning project based on the regulations of the specific area we are working in. I provide in house safety and environmental compliance training to our employees and perform evaluations on employees randomly to ensure that they are taking all necessary steps to help maintain a safe and compliant workplace.

  As Project Manager for VPG/TDI, I plan our field decommissioning projects, manage our traveling crews, handle the logistics of equipment and transportation, oversee purchasing of materials and equipment, become the point of contact between TDI and our customers and vendors, and track all financials for each project.
