Contributor to several Engineering Investigations. Implemented & managed corrective actions Performed ECO’s through a critical technical review board so that drawing updates for main production hardware, improved reliability and manage EOL’s were all deemed appropriate for the customers Tested Complete Avionics Electrical Systems and Subsystems in supporting an Electrical Loads Evaluation contract delivery. Had to come up with ways to measure in circuit 3 Phase and Main 28-volt Regulator power out to align the data from Flight Computer and Test Measurements. Designed Complex Flexible and Rigid Boards across both Scaneagle and Integrator/RQ platforms Wrote and Co-wrote several Functional Product Specifications and Design Study Summaries for both in house designed and COTS parts Pressure Transducer for integration of a Mode-C transponder; both circuit board hardware and firmware architecture, used a MEMS based sensor over I2C Main Generator to Avionics and Wing flex cables, which carried higher currents, which needed proper gauges of wire and/or traces. Needed to ensure proper clearances and Dielectric Withstanding Voltages so arc across would not occur. Debugged newly designed circuit boards while communicating back to CM’s for Quickened Functioning without mod wires product delivery and SW HIL integration Performed V&V on PCBA’s and Modules using Environmental Chambers, Shaker Tables, and have assisted in writing HALT/HASS requirements to vendors. Test Boards and Test Cable Assembly Creation for PCBA’s and Modules in accordance to IPC’s; 600, 610, 620 etc... Some use of Microsoft Project Management Scheduling software to track PCBA Deliverables ATP, Verification and Validation testing of several boards for programs which included technologies such as CAN, I2C, SPI, RS-232, 10/100 Base-T Ethernet, Video Analog and Digital Show less
