Jesse is such a great and talented guy that just in the short time he was my manager he not only left a great impression on me but he was also instrumental in advancing my career. It was under Jesse's direction that I was given the opportunity to step out of my regular roles and be allowed time to develop tools for the studio's pipeline. I firmly believe that if it wasn't for Jesse I may not have made the final jump from QA to engineering at Zynga. I ask myself more often than I'd like: why can't my manager be more like Jesse?
