  Since the start of my employment I've learnt a great deal about dealing with customer queries and committing to regular scheduled duties such as pool testing and checks. In addition, a large majority of my job is based around the discipline and teamwork required to run the facilities efficiently which has furthered my knowledge of working in an important role whilst strengthening my collaborative skills.   During this experience I was able to gain an exciting new insight into my dream sector by interacting with many senior staff members as well as like-minded students that share common goals.
