Temperatures were 30+ degrees colder (many days at -30 degrees F) then usual and arrived 2 months earlier and lasted about 2 months longer then is typical for this area. * Owner (Lundin Mining) chose to retain my services for an additional 4 months during ramp-up to assist with on going engineering solutions until ramp-up completion.* Achieved Total Recordable Injury Frequency rate of .53 'v' .90(project goal) with peak manpower at 600+.*Personally attributed to $3 million plus in value engineering and negotiation savings to Owner
