EPCM project for Eagle Mine's (Owner- Lundin Mining) Mill construction project located in Humbolt, MI in the U.P. of Michigan. *Total Approximate cost of project $800 million *Delivered project significantly under budget and on-time to meet full commission deadline and start of ramp-up operations. This was achieved during what was a much colder winter then is typical for this region. Temperatures were 30+ degrees colder (many days at -30 degrees F) then usual and arrived 2 months earlier and lasted about 2 months longer then is typical for this area. * Owner (Lundin Mining) chose to retain my services for an additional 4 months during ramp-up to assist with on going engineering solutions until ramp-up completion.* Achieved Total Recordable Injury Frequency rate of .53 'v' .90(project goal) with peak manpower at 600+.*Personally attributed to $3 million plus in value engineering and negotiation savings to Owner
