Assisted the director of rehab in the departmental operations including daily scheduling, program development and compliance auditing. This management lead to a monthly department revenue increase of 25% and Medicare B caseload development increase of 40%. I was a member of the senior leadership team who established departmental and facility wide strategic planning, new program initiatives, their implementation and review, receiving the AHCA GOLD award in 2016. I also participated in a restorative rehab PIP, and committees focused on transitional care, falls and PR/marketing.
