Instituting a program of blind tasting, a seasonal approach to wine education and salesmanship of the most high-demand through the most esoteric of wine choices and pairings, training is a constant and exciting challenge.I also manage the Bars at this restaurant, of which there are two. I oversee a staff of 7 bartenders, managing scheduling in Timepro, uniform and appearance and excellence in meeting standards and serving perfectly mixed and crafted cocktails.
