Terrance Adams, MBA

Jesse is a bright, young leader with willingness and the ability to learn. He worked as an intern for me at Mercy Health and proved that he belongs as a leader within the Healthcare industry.

Jesse Morrison

Jesse is a rare individual in healthcare that approaches his work as a commitment to serving others. He is compassionate and driven to do what is right to make people and their families whole. His countenance is steady and confident without arrogance and his love for people is influenced by his strong faith and seen in every action. I was blessed to have Jesse intern with me on various high level projects covering 15+ hospitals. It quickly became a challenge to pace with Jesse's desire to learn throughout each project. He led a Total Joint Replacement Site of Care Shift Analysis and carefully researched and built a predictive model with me. He was a part of the team that created a set of dynamic utilization and financial operations reports to understand improvement opportunities. I was constantly impressed by his ability to adapt and overcome any task given to him. I watched as he organized directors and leadership in a facilities operations project for a 300+ bed hospital that went smoothly and he quickly gained the respect of all those who worked with him. To summarize, Jesse is a leader by his heart and through his service who excels beyond expectations, accelerates those around him, and creates an environment of success.
