  Research and Development of Fwd, Rwd, PHEV, BEV, HEV transmissions. Perform many different testing of how a transmissions performs using proving grounds or on a chassis Dyno. Laboratory Skills with extreme temperature testing from 110F down to -30F. Disassemble and inspect all parts of the transmission after a test is performed. Testing on hybrid / Full electric vehicles. (PHEV, BEV, HEV) Engineering new harnesses for test standards. Instrument transmissions for different types of testing with use of: • Strain gauges • Pressure sensors • G-sensors • Thermocouples • 6-axis G sensor • 3 way G sensor Perform PCM and TCM flash also can look up signals with vehicle spy. We use Calbox to measure data during testing. Passed driving test for high speed data testing. License driver for FCA proving grounds access in Chelsea MI. Show less
