  Having set up many of the sales and marketing processes within Dynamics Consultants I have now moved on to take over the marketing activities for the business. Specializing in marketing strategy, as well as content management, the role involves developing and implementing the strategy with a team of marketing admin assistants. Working within both the company and Microsoft guidelines for marketing design, I am tasked with creating engaging content to increase lead generation. Increasing traffic by 2.5x in 9 months by effective content creation for web pages and blogs, as well as an effective social media campaign, the company now has a significant increase in sales leads.Understanding markets and products is a key factor whilst we provide a sales and marketing led approach to vertical solutions. Targeting "pain points" not only helps to drive traffic to our solutions, but helps us build products that are extremely customer focused.Part of the role is to build relationships with third party solution providers to help market their products to our customers and prospects. Often held as the example partner, we pride ourselves in being the distributor who gets the marketing right, both in quality and quantity of content.

Guiding the sales process is the core of the business activity, whilst new business development, setting up of distribution channels both in the UK and globally for software add-ons are all part of the day to day process. Responsibilities also include guidance of marketing campaigns, structuring of the sales process and improvement of new customer development. With 7 years in the industry, Dynamics Consultants are an official Microsoft partner, boasting an impressive 100% customer retention. Supplying Dynamics NAV ERP and SharePoint solutions, the aims of the company are to provide a personal service - real people dealing with real companies. Along side this DC offers an extremely professional service, aiming to provide a full package to meet all of your requirements. With a company structure that is growing organically, we are able to satisfy the heavy demands of both small and large systems for new customers whilst still upholding the unrivalled levels of customer service that we hold at the core of our business.
