Turbine-Generator Risk Assessment: A broad scope assessment of risks associated with design, operation, and maintenance of Large, "Half-Speed" Turbine-Generators in Nuclear Power Plants. My activities included providing interface between the project team members, representatives from engineering and professional staff at all Nuclear Facilities presently insured by NEIL and third-party consultants towards the goal of assessing each turbine-generator set individually. I developed, maintained, and updated Project timelines, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets; all dynamically linked together to provide a relatively fluid processing of voluminous data being collected and digested into meaningful reports provided both to the owners/operators of the plants and also NEIL underwriting staff for review of potential premium adjustments.
