Jesse was the heart of the machine at Basis' Chicago HQ. No matter how ridiculous, unreasonable, or just plain weird the situation was - I could always find Jesse at a moment's notice, and he'd be 100% willing and happy to help out. He could've easily told me to get lost about a thousand times over the last decade, but he never once did. He knows all of the details at all times, is a detailed and thorough communicator, and has a desire to not just handle the situation, but to learn from it, and make it better. He's an incredible asset to any org.
