I have interacted with Jesse in 2 different capacities - when he was Client Service Executive he significantly reduced the 'pain' of dealing with the marketing/brand comms agency by paying close attention to client needs and promptly closing out on issues arising. I later engaged Jesse to consult on a social media marketing campaign where he was responsible for managing content and monitoring the key metrics and analytics and advise on impactful (and profitable) strategies to reach a narrow and hitherto unexplored target market.
