I have known Jesse for several years and have worked with him on many projects during his tenure as Maintenance and Project Manager at Stonyfield Farm. I have always found Jesse to be very knowledgeable and competent in his job. I have seen him interact with his fellow employees and he treats them with courtesy and respect. He is able to motivate those who work for him to perform at their best. Jesse treats contractors at the project level with the same degree fairness while ensuring that the company standards are met or exceeded on every project that I have dealt with him on. In my personal and professional opinion, Jesse will be a great asset to any organization that he decides to hire on with.

The Union City facility was a 24x7 high speed 2pc aluminum beverage container operation.I was responsible for the Production, Maintenance, Quality & Logistics department budgets and adherence to the company policies and procedures. The plant goals of 1M units/day with 2% spoilage required absolute process control, charting/documentation and training of personnel to ensure our daily goals were achieved.Six Sigma practices MAIC,SMED,SPC,5S were entrenched in our every work day as the cost of non- conformance was not an option.
