The network was loaded into Exor by merging existing GIS centerline data with intersection route measure data from CTDOT’s legacy “homegrown“ Roadway Information System (RIS). This new network data model meets CTDOT business requirements as well FHWA HPMS and ARNOLD requirements. The state network and the local network required for HPMS is in production and was used to meet the 2014 HPMS route submittal.
