Included possible diagnosis and solution to the homeowner of why their utility field or line could be failing • Provided customer service to applicants and explained the year-long process and explained why the period of time was needed before construction could begin • Contacted local Bureau of Indian Affairs Real Estate office, U.S. Fish & Wildlife and Endangered Species Act office to receive the approval for construction.
