• Work as a CRITICAL member of the engineering team in designing gas processing equipment and in creating innovative solutions to problems in the natural gas industry. • Work with project managers, project coordinators, and procurement to ensure project are completed in a timely manner. Assist in expediting projects as necessary to meet our customers’ demands. • Communicate directly with customers and suppliers to engineer and price midstream equipment that satisfies customers' unique and specific needs. • Troubleshoot and assist clients in the field and in the office to promote excellent customer service by documenting issues and providing a solution or recommendations. • Conduct process and equipment calculations in Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic, Promax, Autodesk Inventor, Codeware Compress, and Autodesk AutoCAD to design natural gas processing equipment. • Design equipment in accordance with ASME BPV Code, Section VIII, Division I & II, B16.5, B16.47, B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, API-660, API-661, ASTM, ANSI/NACE MR0175 (SSC, SCC), ISO1680, ISO3744. • Assist in sizing and selecting Pressure Relief Devices in accordance with API 520. • Assist in meeting company standards in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 • Create programs in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Excel VBA to increase design efficiency and to document calculations. • Conduct research to optimize and develop new products within the organization utilizing computer programs to draft conceptual designs. • Assist the sales team as a technical specialist during all conferences/lunch and learns, as well as offer technical training for separation technologies within the natural gas industry. • Calculate process controls sizing for various instruments as needed.
