  The VacSeen Project is dedicated to delivering preventive healthcare solutions to individuals experiencing homelessness and other at-risk populations. Its primary focus centers around mobile vaccination clinics, designed to combat Influenza and COVID-19, offering disease protection beyond conventional healthcare settings. These pop-up clinics operate on the streets, in hostels, and in collaboration with community partners. Clinic Coordination: Communicate and collaborate with organizations to arrange dates, times, and locations for pop-up vaccine clinics. Coordinate logistics, ensuring proper setup of clinic sites, including equipment, signage, and necessary supplies. Manage scheduling and appointment systems, ensuring smooth flow and efficiency during clinic hours. Vaccine Supply Management: Coordinate with relevant authorities to pick up vaccines and ensure proper storage and handling. Monitor vaccine inventory levels, anticipate demand, and reorder supplies as needed. Adhere to cold chain protocols and maintain accurate documentation of vaccine distribution and utilization. Patient Interaction and Support: Welcome and interact with patients at the clinic site, providing clear information about the vaccination process, eligibility criteria, and post-vaccination guidance. Assist individuals in completing relevant forms, ensuring accurate and complete documentation. Address questions, concerns, and inquiries from patients, providing support and guidance throughout the vaccination process. Administrative Duties: Attend regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on clinic operations, challenges, and successes.
