As a volunteer Comms Lead, I co-ordinate a team of volunteers to support colleagues at Engage for Success help people and organisations thrive through regular content creation and promotion. Having doubled the number of volunteers in the team since I joined and created internal processes to support the active engagement of volunteers in our content, we now have a weekly posting cycle and an average of 60 new followers a month.
