I was lucky enough to win a session with Jess. I'm pretty new to coaching, so having 90 minutes set aside to talk about myself, business, and visions for the year was a bit weird to start with. One of the first things I mentioned, was that I was feeling a bit "flat" after Christmas and felt like I needed a bit of a kick up the bum. That I have so many ideas and aspirations, but I wasn't really sure how to make them happen. Jess really probed me, and asked some really interesting questions. We broke everything down step by step to see how it would look. It turns out I had all the answers all along! I wrote a list of immediate actions, which I've been smashing through since yesterday. Motivation level 100 over here. Thank you Jess! I can't recommend you enough. P.S. I've had 2 new client enquiries this morning :)
