I'd like to share a few thoughts having worked with Jess a number of times during Skandium's presents on Brompton Road. Jess is a brilliant communicator and strong strategic planner, an excellent combination for any task in need of these skills. Jess is well informed about social topics including the arts and design world, again, making a good platform for brand building requirements applicable for many industries. Not only is Jess very well informed and connected, she is inspiring and positive to be with, making the task at hand easy and enjoyable. Looking forward working with Jess in the future!

Jess is a great colleague and team player with a wonderful ability to think creatively. She worked on commercial partnerships projects for Disegno for six months to cover for parental leave and worked with all of Disegno's clients from pitch to delivery. Her knowledge of the design industry is excellent and I highly recommend Jess for job in this this field.

Sitting within the Design Department, Store Space Innovation is responsible for revenue generating projects ranging from short term pop-ups through to permanent sites within the store. A year-long contract (maternity cover). My role encompassed developing research documents and creative briefs, with projects including a permanent site for a hospitality and entertainment space (circa 8,500 sq ft) on the lower ground floor of the London flagship store. Plus, responsibility for the production and installation of the Selfridges Christmas shops and gift sites across all four stores – London, Manchester Exchange Square, Manchester Trafford and Birmingham. This required crossover and coordination with pretty much every department in the business, from creative projects, graphics, visual merchandising, buying and merchandising, retail operations, stock operations, facilities management, as well as overseeing third party contractors, pop up personalisation brands and being responsible for the overall budget.
