  I am currently a first year teacher at Windaroo Valley SHS, I am responcible for teaching all senior OP Business subjects, Vocational Education and a year 10 care class. I completed a digital verification package for the 12 Business Managment cohort, and have undertaken Positive Behaviour Managment training. I am currently undertaking my Certificate IV in Training and Assessing to assist me in delivering a certificate II in Business qualifiation.   As part of the Grad Dip in Education though the University of Queensland I completed an 8 week practicum at Park Ridge State High School. During this practicumI was responsible for teaching a variety of classes from junior history and geography to senior modern history. This Practicum allowed me to refine my lesson planning skills for a wide audience and interact with students over a diverse ranage of subject areas, and assist in compiling a verification folio.   As part of the Grad Dip in Education through the University of Queensland I undertook a 7 week practicum at Windaroo Valley SHS, where I taught a variety of classes in business and hospitality. Through my classes in business I gained experience teaching tourism, marketing, legal studies and a vocational education program. The hospitality classes I taught through Windaroo’s Futures with Food program allowed me to teach a range of classes in a practical setting.
