My role focusses on accelerating the growth of Hydrock's energy, sustainability, and climate resilience services through conducting research and analysis and advising on service development/ growth as well as project managing the development of new services. I am able to capture requirements and oversee a project through to delivery, managing competing priorities effectively and delivering on promised objectives. I seek to facilitate and deliver continuous improvement in the services we provide.My key responsibilities are:- Facilitating the growth of our smart energy, sustainability & climate adaptation offerings through research into new markets and development of new products and services. I identify where the opportunities lie and work to tailor Hydrock's solutions to the challenges of the climate emergency.- Improving our reporting by creating innovative data visualisation solutions using PowerBI. I completed DataCamp's 'Data Analyst in Power BI' career track to enhance my data analyst and visualisation capabilities.- Supporting the delivery of internal change management programmes, such as the implementation of our new CRM system.- Project managing the development of new software-based products. Responsibilities included: helping to administrate EQUANS' Clean Growth Innovation Fund; supporting on M&A activities; conducting research and analysis into the current UK market; carrying out due diligence on potential investment opportunities. Placement One: Operational Support Manager at Sandwell & West Birmingham NHS Trust (FM Hard Services). January - September 2021. Responsibilities included: contract mobilisation activities; supervising the helpdesk and creating work process flows; supporting employees with process change; leading on employee engagement; developing carbon reduction initiatives with the Trust team; carrying out monthly mitigation and performance reviews; and being the site's super user for the Maximo7.6 and Movilizer systems. Million Makers: I was also the Project Manager for EQUANS' 2021 Million Makers team and was responsible for coordinating the team and co-leading on our calendar competition initiative, which raised over £8,000 for The Prince's Trust.
