  I am head of the DCP Faculty at Birchwood Community High School. Which means I am in charge of Drama, Dance, Music, Engineering, Food, Art and Textiles. I love the challenge of managing such a varied and diverse team of subjects. I am passionate about raising awareness of these subjects in school and showing the community in school and the wider community how enriching these subjects are to students. Manage staff and students, deal with behaviour, plan, write and deliver schemes of work, teach 11-18 year olds music, dance and drama, direct shows, manage the department budget.
