Ms Jess Farrar found me on LinkedIn when a promising opportunity came up that I wasn't even aware of. She has been meticulous throughout the entire process and was exceptionally professional in coordinating between me and the potential employer. The entire process was very transparent, and Jess was on top of the matter including weekends and holidays (and even during her own PTO in between). It was a surprise to me (and a great delight) that the entire process concluded within 3 weeks, which would normally take more than 2 months. She made it happen right before Thanksgiving holidays, when usually employers tend to hire 'after' the holidays. I hope I do not need help from a Recruiter in the future, but if I ever need one, Jess and her Team would be the only group that I would rely on.
