We are experts in our field, work with a large number of clients across a wide range of sectors, have strong relationships with all of the UK’s leading credit insurance providers. Responsibilities include: • Supporting the team in their dealings with new and existing clients• Liaising with clients and insurers by phone and email• Sending out renewal proposals and chasing for information as required• Obtaining quotation illustrations, preparing written reports, collating renewal proposals, preparing files for client meetings• Updating database and back office systems • Understanding team priorities and managing team deadlines to proactively support business delivery• Working to existing processes and contributing to the enhancement of process and systems• Supporting senior managers with special projects (finance, IT etc.)• General administration and business support as required• Run the day-to-day management of marketing output, including content and schedules• Assist in the migration and set up of new CRM• Management of the office facilities, including stationary supplies, maintenance works and regulatory compliance.
