- Establishing and managing the organisation's communications, evaluation and fundraising; alongside project delivery & staff. - Managing the setup & delivery of the Community Kitchen - a social enterprise cookery school in central Brighton where classes with chefs & food experts support community cookery groups for health & wellbeing. Responsible for programming of classes, fundraising/ crowdfunding/ major donations, staff management and partnerships. - Led the setup of the Food Partnership's Harvest project to help more people grow their own food. Since 2009, we helped triple the number of community gardens in the city to more than 70. - Project management for 'Sharing the Harvest' - helping thousands of vulnerable adults to improve health, wellbeing and skills through volunteering at gardens and other community projects. - I have represented the Food Partnership in national reports, tv and press for our role as a pioneering urban food organisation.
