  Dr Group is a national IT/AV/Telco company, my role there was quite varied, my main responsibilities were to manage the workflow of technicians for PC and AV jobs required for corporate clients nationally and in NZ. Liase with external corporate partners, technicians and management to ensure the flow of jobs were booked in efficiently. Assist management with their day to day needs, set up for business meetings and was the face of the company on reception for majority of my employment.   J&H Williams was a Manufacturing company who designed and manufactured high-quality metal products for various industries including agriculture, construction, defence, mining, hydro, rail, dust and fume control and shipbuilding. My role as Executive Assistant saw me assist the Managing Director and Operations Manager in their day to day needs, I was the first point of contact and travelled interstate to Defence Trade shows and to Christchurch NZ for new business opportunities, unfortunately the company has since gone into liquidation and is now permanently closed.
