On top of his ton of experience with different technologies, he always has a eye on emerging technologies and is able to quickly master anything new, even if just to see if it might be helpful in the future. I've read a lot of Jespers code, and he has it, the thing I can't quite put a word on, but it is that thing that I think all programmers want to have. Jesper has a great personality, he is friendly, helpful, has a great sense of humor. In high-tension technical discussions, Jesper is very professional, finding the right solution is what matter, and he is very patient in both explaining his points and listening to, and considering others.
