Jesper is one of the best programmers I ever worked with. He always has a positive attitutude and instead of telling us designers why something can't be done he always finds the right solution to make our crazy ideas happen. He's also a really friendly and open minded person. I enjoyed working with Jesper and I would happily recommend him to a Lead position at any developer.
