Igennem den tid jeg har arbejdet for Jesper, har jeg følt mig inspireret og motiveret i mit arbejde. Jesper har vist stor tillid til mig som medarbejder og jeg har haft stor indflydelse på mine opgaver og løsningen af dem, man er dog ikke i tvivl om, at han altid står klar til at hjælpe en, hvis man har brug for det.       7-Eleven is a 24 hours shop and convenience chain with approx. 200 shops owned by self employeed franchisers, having a turnover of approx. 1.4 Billion DKroner. Tasks Selecting and starting two shops. Optimizing the running activities, salaries to employees etc. etc. Preparation, baking and presentation of bake-off. Planning for the shop and selection of products. Reporting to head office on a daily basis. Results Start up of two shops and taking over a third one, and increasing the turnover substantially there. Chose winner of a competition being the best shop to perform more sales! Managed to be the shop having the largest share of improved sales of bake-offs within the chain. 2 former employees have later managed to be franchisers within 7-Eleven. Show less

      Føtex is one of Denmark's leading supermarket chains with more than 80 stores and approx. a 12 Billion Dkroner turnover, having approx. 15.000 employees. Tasks Initially in customer service where I was responsible for optimizing staff at the tills and for managing young people working with the bottle chain. Responsible for turnover, gross profit and depreciation, running costs and projection together with the store manager. Managing staff, working plans, engagements, developing for sales managers and pupils. Member of the management group with regard to running the whole store. Took part as a trainee within Netto UK where I worked as a deputy for a short while being responsible for staff and the shop, as the manager was ill for quite some time. I have been participating in several manager courses on Dansk Supermarkeds center for education at Bøgehøj in Ebeltoft. Results Achieved best performance sales with regard to fruit and vegetables for Føtex Frederiksberg for which department I was manager. Improved gross profit with two diget percentages despite the fact that the department was managed by a clever person who was later offered Bilka's largest fruit & vegetables department. Managed, month after month, to be among the two best performing department with regard to PLUS waste. Reduced salaries on the above despite increased results in gross profit and turnover. Was among a few others the first in 1997 to be offered in a project within Netto UK and was assigned for 11 months. Show less
