I worked closely with Jesper and reported directly to him during several high volume mobile phone projects at Nokia Denmark A/S. Jesper is natural project- and team leader who combines his strong technical background with a focused and dedicated leadership style. Jesper is a great motivator and challenger who makes sure everybody in his team is synced and delivers on-time. He set high standards for himself and expects the same from you. I highly recommend Jesper to any company that is looking for ‘Best in Class’ electronics project development leadership.

Hallo people, this guy has skills and a track record that are fantastic! I have known him for many years, and his latest achievements in Nokia with the FATE project were so record-breaking that I am still puzzled how on earth he managed to complete this phone project so fast and with so good quality??? And while nurturing the team at the same time!! I also worked with him directly in two periods at Nokia, and also for some years at Dansk Radio, where he was my favourite colleague and where he always came up with the good new ideas that proved totally realizable. He is so nice and humble that he doesnt brag about it, but believe me, he is the best!
