  RMIT English Worldwide is RMIT’s ELICOS department, providing intensive English programs to students studying at RMIT. I was initially employed to organise and provide activities to the students while they were studying in order to help them build social support relationships. Over time my role expanded to include pastoral and well-being care of the students, as well as developing new programs and workshops. This included developing new and improving on existing systems measuring student use of our services and programs. During this time I also coordinated the redesign and rewriting of the student handbook to be easier for our students to understand and to better suit their needs
