I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Jesi since September 2018, and I have been particularly impressed by Jesi’s ability to effortlessly manage large-scale proposals in response to complex RFPs. The communication and time-management skills needed typically take years to develop but seemed to come naturally to Jesi. Even under intense pressure - of which there is much in the proposal world - she is able to focus on whatever task is at hand and successfully complete it. And, during the busiest season, she even took the time to bake me delicious cookies for my birthday! Jesi would definitely be an asset to any company, I enjoyed working with her, and I highly recommend her.

Jesi's organizational skills, dedication, and tenacity to finish a job (and finish it well) were put to the test on an almost daily basis in one of the highest revenue-producing departments at Thomas Nelson. Without her attention to detail, incredible focus, and quick pace at which she works, fires would not have been extinguished, deadlines would have been missed, and team members may have been lost (or at least stressed out). She is certainly a solid building block on which to build any team.
