I had the great pleasure of working, at first with and then under, Jesica's leadership for over two years. We met perhaps the biggest challenge of my professional career to date--the transformation of a small food manufacturing company into that of a world-class organization. By the time we were done, we had led that company through the entire certifying process for a globally-recognized food safety and quality standard: SQF. Industry leaders agreed it would take us no less than two years--we were done in fifteen months. Jesica is an adept and tenacious leader. She is relentless in her pursuit of excellence. However, one thing about her nature has never left my remembrance after the several years since other opportunities took us in separate directions: she never lost sight of the value of each and every human being around her all while never losing sight of the mission. From this I learned that it is possible to be a "big picture" thinker while keeping a keen eye on the details. I would relish the opportunity to work with Jesica again.
