Joining Farlo as the first employee, I’d been brought on to spearhead user-centred design utilising UX and UI practises to create interactive, user-friendly, and stand-out websites. Working closely with a variety of clients, from live events to craft beer companies, I’ve played an integral cog in the engine that is Farlo- working as a unit to provide front to back end website development. Concentrating heavily on UX/UI, I’ve directly consulted our diverse list of clients on UI improvements, smoother and more efficient UX journeys, UX research based advancements and overall design perspective. With previous experience in producing brand logos and assets as a freelancer- I’ve had the opportunity to hone those skills as part of Farlo for new companies, taking them from logo creation through to website design. This allowed the development of closer relationships with clients and impactful results.

- A multi-disciplinary, self-taught junior designer working as a freelancer to gain experience and to apply myself within the field- Designing and developing responsive websites for all devices- Developed fundamentals using various resources such as wireframing, layouts and hierarchy, typography, colour theory etc. - Software proficiency in Adobe suite (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom), Webflow, Figma, and Microsoft Office- Liaising with clients to create digital designs including but not limited to; logo's, branding, and illustrations- Effectively managing multiple projects at a time, alongside personal portfolio projects
