Jerryn is a once in a lifetime teammate. He's the guy who not only does stellar work, but makes the work of everyone around him better. There's a line around the block to get him on your project, and for good reason. He brings organization, detailed and creative thinking, problem solving, and partnership to the next level to deliver stunning results and a lot of fun along the way. From straightforward pilot programs to large-scale events (both in the metaverse and IRL!), there's nothing he can't do. From a comms perspective, my teammates were thrilled to be assigned to projects that Jerryn was leading. They knew they would be set up for success with a well-run program, but also have a partner in comms. Jerryn is a top notch writer and content creator, acting as the face of our XR Hub team and an influencer in the enterprise XR space. We couldn't have chosen a better representative or spokesperson for our work, as his warm energy, knowledge, professionalism, and passion for our projects drew the attention of leadership from across the company. But beyond that, he's truly one of the most amazing humans I know. He's been a mentor to me and SO many, even just leading by example. He exudes realistic optimism and enthusiasm - positive and upbeat, but honest when necessary... never saccharine, always genuine - getting a piece of Jerryn wisdom can turn a bad day around and provide much needed perspective. Hi there, If you are reading this, it's because you too, have experienced the energy we know as Jerryn. Both professionally and personally, Jerryn is an exceptional human being. It is a pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Jerryn after the various events and experiences we have shared over the years. When you see Jerryn, you know everything is going to be all right. Jerryn is the ultimate professional with a plethora of skills and leadership. No one motivates quite like Jerryn. Reporting directly to Jerryn, I always felt a sense of relief, as there would be no stone left unturned because the attention to detail was always impeccable. If you were fortunate enough to work under Jerryn, you were treated to a Master Class in management and real time crisis solutions. We would have a phrase that all of us who worked and reported directly to Jerryn would say, "What Would Jerryn Do" (WWJD) whenever we faced tough situations. There has never been anything that Jerryn has not been able to be successful at. Any team that is fortunate enough to have Jerryn as part of their team will quickly find out how much of a privilege it is to have him as not only a work mate, but as a friend and someone who cares about you and listens.       As a Tour Manager for this specific program I was responsible for staffing communications, event reporting, assisting with the set up/strike of our mobile footprint, and much more. My most memorable take away from this tour was the reaction consumers had in our footprint; a virtual reality demonstration. So many had never experienced it before, so bringing them the opportunity, free of charge, was such a joy.       Know your customer. Exceed their expectations. Build brand loyalty in our community through example and consistency. Working as a Store Manager is likely my most-rewarding position. Though managing a location and team had its stressful moments, the benefits and skill sets rewarded are endless. I'm able to speak through, with clarity, the recognition of Profit and Loss, Units per Transaction (and its importance in sales), familiarity with that location and it's trends, building a team that's self-empowered, staffing for success, training accountability as a badge of honor; I can go on and on.
