  I am over 2 to 3 guys that are hired to do Preventive Maintenance on 90% of our medical equipment, I work on all existing medical equipment, routine p.m.’s, new installs, decision making of equipment to be purchased. I also take care of all phone issues, installs, changes in wiring and on Avaya phone switch, along with working on all nurse call issues within the hospital. Since I have been employed at CRMC I have had the opportunity to help oversee the remodel of our first floor and new construction of our Radiation Oncology building. I assist Facilities Management in troubleshooting any issues that may arise in which they need my assistance, electrical, HVAC, inspections, etc. I have been involved in several state fire marshal inspections and 2 JCAHO inspections first hand.
